Whispering Winds

So, random ponies ftw, I guess.

Dunno why but more ponies have been created. This is Whispering Winds, and she's a Nightmare Night party pony. Essentially, think Pinkie Pie and her love of parties, and mix it with Nightmare Night and tada, you get Whispering Winds. When she was younger, she was a lot like Pinkie Pie, excited about the parties she would through, but she loves Nightmare Night year round, so other ponies began to become afraid of her, and her love of the occult, just finding her weird and creepy, so they shunned her. Other cities weren't kind to her either, so she lives alone; not sure where yet though. But due to all the bullying, she's shy and afraid to show her talent, and it goes unappreciated with makes her depressed. No parties, no one to be around, she often cries herself to sleep and sleeps all day and comes out at night. Ponies are still scared of her, no matter where she goes since she's so strange.

In short, once a Pinkie Pie, now a depressed Fluttershy in personality, mixed with Mysterious Zecora.
